The Sims 4 Tray Importer is a very useful application, which can help you find the CC that has been showing up invisible, with question marks, or that you just don't want in your game anymore! This application helps you find the CC on google to update it, find the missing mesh, which you sometimes need for it to show up in the game, or to find it in your Mods Folder in order to delete it.

How to download the SIMS 4 Tray Importer (Written tutorial below YouTube Tutorial):
Step 1: GO TO WEBSITE
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the post and click on the "Download this file"
P.S. You can update this application when update is available.
Step 3: Open in download folder
Step 4: Unzip (using 7-Zip), by right clicking on the folder, and open the application (double click/right-click and extract)
Step 5: Follow Installation Instructions...
Step 5: Start the game up! Find CC that is broken (invisible/question marks) THEN save your household!
WARNING: MAKE SURE YOUR MODS AND SCRIPT MODS ARE ON ENABLED IN YOUR GAME OPTIONS!
Step 6: CLOSE THE SIMS 4, then OPEN SIMS 4 TRAY IMPORTER. Click on the household you just saved with the CC you don’t want (don’t forget to set all outfits with unwanted CC : everyday, athletic, etc) Go into CC:
Step 7: It will show you all of the CC that you used. RIGHT-CLICK on the files (CC) and click "show containing folder" it will show you where it is in your mods folder. You can then delete it.
OPTIONAL: You can also "search on google" because most of the time, the reason the CC turns out glitched is because the CC is missing its mesh, which is needed in order for the CC to show up... Download the mesh and the CC will show up. If that's not the case, the CC may have been updated. If not, delete it.
